TYLER PERRY RE-UPS DEAL WITH LIONSGATE

Tyler Perry recently signed on for three more years with a first look deal with Lionsgate. This deal won't be put into effect until after his next two movies "A Family that Preys Together" and "Madea Goes to Jail."

According to Variety, Tyler's films have grossed $250 million for Lionsgate with $25 million in DVD sales. I can totally see why they don't want to let go of this walking and talking cash machine.
