SERENA WINS!!!

Last night, Serena Williams took back the #1 title at the US Open after a five year drought. Williams never dropped a set although it was a hard fought battle between her and her opponent Jelena Jankovic. The first set, Serena won 6-4 and the final set she won in a come from behind victory with 7-5.

At the conclusion of the match, Serena did a leaping jump, tossed her tennis racquet into the air, and squealed with excitement. I have to admit, I was in here jumping and yelling right along with her. This was a very intense match and Serena was trailing for the most part of the second set.

Can we say #1...or better yet number $1.5 Million...Congrats to Serena.
