ANOTHER SPIKE LEE JOINT

Spike Lee is set to shoot the Broadway musical "Passing Strange." According to Variety, he will shoot three performances, two that include the audience, and one without. The shows producers are aiming to air it on a cable network.

The plot centers on a young black artist from Los Angeles who flees his middle-class upbringing and heads to Amsterdam and Berlin in an attempt to find himself.
