RIP MAC MAN

Wow, the black community has been hit with a hard one today with the passing of a true "King of Comedy" Bernie Mac. Mr. Mac, who was only 50, had been suffering from pnuemonia for the past week and suffered from the disease Sarcoidosis.

I can remember the first time seeing "Mac Man" on Def Comedy Jam with his hillarious catch phrase "I aint scared of you muthafu*%ers." Only true Bernie Mac fans can remember that one :-). His booming voice was familar back then to another comic legend Robin Harris and I often wondered if they were kin. From House Party 3, to the Kings of Comedy, to the Bernie Mac Show, to Oceans Eleven, to Transformers, Mr. Mac was certainly on the rise to greatness.

This is such a great loss to our community. My heart goes out to his family and to the fellow Kings of Comedy as we have definitely lost a great one today. Mr. Mac, you will be missed.
