The third season of "Keyshia Cole: The Way It Is" premired last Tuesday with two half hour episodes and did some bang up ratings in the process. The show is now considered BET's #1 original series season premiere telecast of all time. It showed in a total of 1.4 million households and 1.94 million viewers tuned in on Tuesday night, giving the show's season debut a 1.54 rating, according to Nielsen Media Research. The third season premiere gained a 10% increase in viewing among households versus last year's premiere.
Episode two of "The Way It Is" showed immediately following the premiere and scored a 1.67 coverage rating and drew in 1.5 million households and 2.0 million viewers. BET reports that episode two of season three now stands as BET's #1 original series telecast so far this year.
