So I purchased the DVD of this movie for my mom as a Christmas gift since it looked like it might be a cute little story. NOTE: I'm usually the one who rents most indie black films at Blockbuster or wherever and they usually end up being a big embarrassment. However, I was pleasantly surprised by this one. The script, the acting, and and the story were all refreshing and this ended up being a fun movie to watch.
You guys should check it out when you get the chance. I should also note that Tangi Miller, wrote, produced, and starred in the film so kudos to her for creating her own opportunity.
