This weeks Black in the Days movie belongs to Mr. Robert Townsend. This film was an automatic cult classic with so many quotable lines. "Are you deaf are just dumb," "Night's like this Iiii wish rain drops would fallllll," "Every night I got to fight to prove my love." Only true Five Heartbeats fans know what I'm talking about.
The music, the acting, the subject matter of this film were all on point and Mr. Townsend raised the bar for all black filmmakers with such a timeless movie.
