After years and years of being the head woman in charge in several drama series including "The Shield" and "ER," powerhouse actress, CCH Pounder, is returning to the tube in the upcoming Fox's comedy pilot "Brothers."
As previously reported, Sony/Tantamount's "Brothers" centers on the relationship between a retired NFL player (Michael Strahan) and his wheelchair-bound brother (Darryl Mitchell).
Pounder is in negotiations to play their mother. She next appears on Sci Fi Channel's new series "Warehouse 13" as a recurring and in "Avatar."
