Warner Bros., which will distrib, has already scheduled an Oct. 22, 2010 release for the pic, which is in the early stages of pre-production.

Fuqua recently directed Overture's "Brooklyn's Finest," starring Richard Gere, Don Cheadle and Ethan Hawke. That film is set for release Nov. 27. His credits also include "Training Day" and "King Arthur."
