Last Thursday a judge dismissed the $5 million dollar plagiarism lawsuit against Chris Rock filed by Regina Kimbell who claimed that Rock stole her idea after he saw her documentary "My Nappy Roots."
Rock maintained that the only similarities that the two films had was the topic and I agree. His was way more silly and comical than her documentary appeared to be.
